Private bailiffs against the law and logic of humanity

At least once in your life you may have taken a loan from the bank, but without thinking about the consequences if you had enough money to repay it. In Albania, there is a law according to which bank bailiffs can seize the monthly salary of debtor individuals, but also the same law says that the vital minimum should not be affected. 31 Minutes found that there are cases where private bailiffs are seizing more money, leaving these individuals without enough income to make it through the month. We spoke with officials from the People's Advocate, according to whom what the bailiffs are doing is not correct. A family member needs 26 Lek per month to survive, so the enforcement can seize an amount of salary but without affecting this minimum wage. Another case identified is the seizure of economic aid by private bailiffs, an action that contradicts the law.
