Trade in counterfeit goods

In Albania it is not at all difficult to have access to counterfeit goods. You can easily find clothes and accessories of the most famous brands in the world, such as Louis Vuitton, Adidas, Balenciaga, etc. in the markets located in the country. These goods, which if they were original, cost at best hundreds of euros, in the Albanian markets you can find them for 2 thousand new lek. In this form, the intellectual and industrial property is violated, harming the citizen, who does not receive the product at the right standard, the holder of the rights on the product, who has economic losses but also the state budget, not collecting the income that will cash if the goods were original.
