Threads that weren't cut

Hundreds of cameras were dismantled during the "Cut Threads" action. Over 100 people were referred for investigation in all prosecutor's offices in the country. But unlike what was said about the crime that had taken the role of "Big Brother" of the police, the owners of the cameras were only referred to the charge of "interference in private life". What happened to the crime cameras?
