The silent "amnesty" for smoking

Since November 2006, in Albania, smoking is not legally allowed in closed spaces such as bars, bars, restaurants or nightclubs. At that time, the law provided for substantial administrative measures for consumers, administrators and owners of entities. But what is happening with the tobacco law today after almost 17 years? Have these measures yielded results and has the consumption of tobacco among Albanians decreased? We have tried to explain the answers to these questions in the following material.
